Hey, hey! Organo Bucks is back with another super simple but healthy “recipe” that you can easily make in your dorm room or apartment. It’s actually a delicious and healthy way to make sure you get your water intake for the day.
Many people hate the way water tastes or simply get bored with it.
If this sounds like you, using fruit to jazz up your water a little will definitely help you dramatically increase your water intake for the day.
Blueberry Orange Mint
In this “recipe,” there are no exact measurements. A handful of blueberries, an orange and a little mint will do.
Add ice and water and leave overnight to allow everything to marinate in order to get the best flavor possible
Blackberry Lemon (right)
Again, all you’ll need is a handful of blackberries (or more) whatever floats your boat.
Add one lemon, ice, water and let it sit overnight to allow the juices to marinate.
