Immune Boosting Turmeric Tea

This tea is literally all you need to help you get over any cold.

Turmeric has natural anti-inflammatory compounds called curcuminoids.

Curcumin found in turmeric, may be a safe and effective way to help reduce inflammation and prevent and treat disease.

Turmeric tea recipe

1 tsp cinnamon

Pinch of nutmeg

Pinch of black pepper

As much turmeric as you can handle

1-2 cups water

Honey to sweeten

Almond milk (or whatever milk you have on hand)

**Add as much spice as you would like**

Turmeric tea instructions

Bring water to a boil

Add in spices and simmer for at least 10 minutes

Strain the mixture and pour into your favorite mug

Add honey and milk to taste
