Super Healthy and Delicious Granola Bars (that can be made in your dorm room)

These no bake almond butter and chocolate chip granola bars are literally PERFECT! and get this, they can be made in your dorm room!

Super Healthy and Delicious Granola Bars

Recipe

1 Cup quick oats

1/2 Cup rice cereal

1/2 Cup of almonds

1/4 Cup honey

1/4 Cup brown sugar

1/4 Cup almond butter

1/4 Cup mini chocolate chips

1 tsp. Vanilla extract

Instructions

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl

Microwave butter, honey and sugar for 30 seconds or use stove top until everything is melted down.

Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until everything is combined

Add chocolate chips at the end so they do not melt too much

Press into a 9×9 pan lined with parchment paper

Press on top with parchment paper

Freeze for 30 minutes or refrigerate for 2 hours

Cut into as many bars as you desire
